Luigi Quisumbing, congressional candidate for Cebu’s 6th district, denied yesterday allegations that he was using the same “voting guide folders”magic codigo” as those used in Lakas Kampi-CMD party in Lapu-Lapu City.
He said he was only using pamphlets with instructions on how to vote.
He said he would not invest on materials that cost too much.
Quisumbing said that he would rather rely on the strength of One Cebu and the trust of the Cebuanos than use the sample ballots and folders. He said that he would not use anything which he believes that the Comelec will later on rule illegal. /Correspondent Carine M. Asutilla
