THE Cebu City government shouldn’t sell lots at the South Road Properties (SRP) until commercial establishments were fully developed in the area.

During yesterday’s distribution of rice to barangay intelligence network (BIN) personnel, Rep. Tomas Osmeña of Cebu City’s south district said the value of the SRP lots will rise when these establishments such as the SM Center will be completed.

The former mayor-turned-congressman said he will also file a case against SRP security consultant Romeo Cordova for abuse of authority after learning that he supposedly issued memoranda to City Hall employees. /Correspondent Fatrick Tabada
