Mandaue shooting hurt four persons

 Three men and a minor were brought to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, after they were shot in different parts of their bodies while having drinking spree in front a gas station in barangay Maguikay, Mandaue City, Sunday night.

 The victims were identified as Virgilio Menoro, 37, married, a native of Lunsoran, Zamboanga City, suffered gunshot wound on his left breast, Airgillio Alamalam, 36, married also a native of Camino Nuevo, Zamboanga City, was hit on his left leg and right ankle.

 Also brought to hospital was Roweto Francisco, 38, single, native of San Roque, Zamboanga City, sustained two gunshot wounds on his chest and left breast. The three were all stay-in worker of CJ MICO vulcanizing shop.

 The fourth victim, 15-year-old boy of sitio Calderohan barangay Maguikay was also hit on his left thigh.

 Police Ins. Ramil Morpos, deputy chief of IDMB, Mandaue City Police Office, said that Menoro, Alamalam and Francisco were having drinking spree, near the vulcanizing shop, when suddenly three unidentified men, two of them wearing black jacket and the other one wearing white t-shirt arrived and suddenly shot the victims several times.

 The minor was a helper at the vulcanizing shop.

 “Naangin ra ang minor, murag wa jud siyay apil sa pagpamusil,” Morpos said.

 Police are looking into previous personal grudges as one of the motives of the shooting.
