Thousands of bettors tried their luck betting on the time of death of Philippine comedy king Dolphy in the three-digit lottery game of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).And the 11 a.m. draw of the PCSO on Wednesday, the number 8-3-4 won. Dolphy was declared dead at 8:34 pm last Tuesday evening in the Makati Medical Center for multiple organ failure secondary to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and acute renal failure.
