Cebu City Hall and Cebu province will send financial aid to the flood victims in Manila.
Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama said they will give P5 million in cash assistance while the Capitol said the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office will assess how much the province can allocate to the flood victims./ PIT Intern, Argie Baquero
