The Cebu City Police will partner with security agencies in Metro Cebu in the wake of the arrest of a security guard who allegedly conspired with another security guard in a cell phone robbery in barangay Sambag, Cebu City.
Jemar Osabel and Michael Maricota used to be employed under Gesa Security Agency and were fired last February. Chief Insp. Romeo Santander received information that many security guards are conspiring with robbers./ Argie Baquero,PIT Intern
