A taxi driver was shot in sitio Malakurong, Brgy. Usmad, Argao, Cebu City.
The 25-year-old victim was identified as Noriso Dayaganon, a resident of barangay Kanbanwa, Argao, Cebu City. He was shot in his left arm by 29-year-old suspect Jasper Carillo Bahinting.
Police said the suspect passed by the taxi driver and fired at him for no known reason.The victim was then rushed to a hospital while the suspect is now under custody of the Argao police precinct./ PIT Intern, Argie Baquero
