It all started with a cellular phone number.

On Dec. 3, 2009, a certain James approached Edwin Juab and gave him a cellular phone number.

James told Juab they had a project and gave him P3,000. He later recognized that James was a former member of his Trece Hudas gang.

He was told by James that the owner of a cellular phone number will call him up.

A man did call him up later and ordered him to kill Nicolas Ting. Juab said he agreed to an initial price of P100,000. Read More
