A drug-sniffing dog detected contraband in the luggage of a 25-year-old Kenyan woman who arrived in the Mactan airport in Cebu from Doha, Qatar.
Airport security found two 1.5 kilo packs of shabu hidden in the lining of her luggage.
The passenger is now under custody. She had no money with her.
