MANILA, Philippines — At least 16 morning flights at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport were cancelled on Thursday due to bad weather brought by Tropical Storm “Ofel.”

At NAIA Terminal 3, Cebu Pacific Air cancelled two flights going to Caticlan, one each Legaspi, Ozamiz and Pagadian cities, and all their return trips. Two Caticlan-Manila flights with no return trips were also cancelled.

Air Philippines also cancelled flights to Masbate and Caticlan, and their return trips.
