Mandaue City Police Office director Sr. Supt. Petronelli Baldebrin warns the public to be cautious and cooperative to ensure safety during the observance of All Saints and All Souls Day.

Security personnel will be fielded at the North Bus Terminal, cemeteries and ports in Mandaue City.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and K9 will be deployed at the North Bus Terminal to ensure no bladed weapons, alcoholic beverages and explosives can get through the inspection.

Baggage of passengers will be inspected before getting inside the terminal and prior to loading the buses.

Police will also closely monitor the exits and entrances of the cemeteries.

Baldebrin also reminded house owners not to leave their house unattended to avoid incidents of burglaries.

At least 190 traffic enforcers from TEAM will also be detailed near the cemeteries.
