RAMA PLEDGES BASIC SERVICES TO CITY

In his first official speech as Cebu City mayor, Michael Lopez Rama yesterday vowed that his administration would attend to basic services.

“Within 100 days of my mayorship, we ask the City Council, the 5,000 employes of City Hall, the private sector, NGOs, that together we will institute action to address asphalting, street lighting, drainage, garbage, traffic health and peace and order,” Rama said. Read More.
